Trudy Andrews, Executive Director
Trudy is originally from Los Angeles, California. She moved to Las Vegas in 1995. She fell in love with the senior population in 1999 and has been an Administrator since then. Trudy is married and has two daughters and one son. She has 5 grandchildren which are her whole world. Trudy enjoys singing, dancing and reading. Her greatest joy is making a positive difference in our residents lives daily.
Isis York, Sales & Marketing Director
Isis was born in Mexico City and raised in Los Angeles, California. She moved to Las Vegas in 2016. She has been working in the healthcare community for 17 years and truly believes her professional life calling is to help people. Isis is married and has two sons, a step-daughter and a step-son. The most important thing in her life is spending quality time with family. Isis enjoys keeping up with fashion and traveling when she has time. Isis strives to make a personal connection with those she serves and hopes to make your experience here at Legacy House of Centennial Hills 5-star experience every day.

Akisscja Anderson, Memory Care Coordinator
Akisscja relocated to Las Vegas from sunny San Diego, California. She has worked for many years in the healthcare industry, working in many different roles, including managing group homes and day programs for older adults with autism. Akisscja has nine years of experience working with residents with memory loss. She is currently studying to become a certified dementia practitioner. When she is not working, Akisscja and her three beautiful children enjoy spending time together. Her outlook on life is one of optimism for both herself, her family, her associates and especially for Legacy residents. Akisscja believes there is joy to be found each and every day.
Ariana Espin, Administrative Assistant
Ariana was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. After just a few months, her and her family changed locations to Las Vegas, where Ariana has spent most of her life. She started in the food industry, but soon after made a drastic change of pace and went into medical records. This made her accustomed to the “office life” as well as healthcare facilities, which is why that is now her focus. She is attending school for a bachelor’s degree in business administration, which she hopes to use in medical fields. Although she is young, she is driven and determined to make a better life at Legacy House.
Jamie Brannum LPN, Resident Care Coordinator
Jamie was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, but is now happy to call warm, sunny Las Vegas home. Jamie has three beautiful children, two of which are grown and married. She enjoys every minute she can with her youngest daughter; soon planning to go to college away from mom and home. Jamie has been a Registered Nurse for seven years. Right from the beginning of her nursing career she fell in love with helping people and was a natural caregiver. Jamie strives to improve the quality of life of every resident she meets.
Hector Rubio, Dining Services Director
Hector was born and raised in Southern California. While attending college for finance and accounting, he supported himself by working in various food service operations including restaurants, hotels, country clubs and casinos. He later moved to Las Vegas and began working in healthcare. Hospital menus seemed a bit traditional to Hector thus he decided to transform these menus, where he could, into something eye appealing and delicious. With his 20+ years of experience in the food industry, Hector has stepped out of traditional healthcare fare and created next-level dining options. When he is not cooking for our residents, he enjoys playing various sports such as football, basketball, soccer, and golf.
Tiffany Israel, Recreation Director
Tiffany has been a Las Vegas resident since 1992, relocating from Hawaii with her mother and younger brother. She is married and has a teenage son that plays hockey for the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights! Tiffany enjoys dancing, exercising, theatre, musicals, morning walks while watching the sunrise with her Chihuahua, traveling with her family, and most of all… making others smile! Her life’s passion is to make a positive impact wherever possible. Especially in the lives of Senior Citizens, children, and rescue animals. She is truly honored to be Legacy House’s Activities Director and is delighted to bring love, fun, and excitement to our resident’s lives each and every day!
Bryant Bushman, Maintenance Chief
Bryant is a Las Vegas native. He went to VoTech High School for specialized training in drafting and construction. He later moved to Boise, Idaho to attend BSU for a marketing/mid- management degree but soon decided he missed the Vegas weather and eventually moved back. He became Chief Engineer for Clark County Library District and managed 29 building operations throughout the county and oversaw construction of many of the libraries in his 25 years of service. Bryant enjoys his family of two boys and two girls. Together they enjoy outdoor activities like ATV riding, camping and fishing. He is excited to be a part of the Legacy House community and looks forward to serving the residents and associates there.
