Trudy Andrews, Executive Director
Trudy is originally from Los Angeles, Ca. She moved to Las Vegas in 1995. She fell in love with the senior population in 1999 and has been an Administrator since then. Trudy is married and has 2 daughter and 1 son. She has 5 grandchildren which are her whole world. She likes to sing, dance and read. Her greatest joy is making a positive difference in our residents lives daily.
Emely Bitanga, Marketing Director
Emely was born in the Philippines, and migrated at the age of 12 to Hawaii. She was introduced to the medical field during a summer program in high school working as a nurse's aide. After moving to Las Vegas in 1996, Emely managed a group home, and joined the United States Army, which open many doors and lead her to Legacy House of Centennial HIlls. Emely has 2 daughters and a son, whom she is very proud of. Some of her favorite hobbies are hiking, traveling, gardening, and cooking. She believes that creating relationships and touching the heart of everyone she meets, leads to many blessings.
Vanesa Martinez, Assisted Living Manager
Though she is proud to be born in the Golden State, Vanesa is happy to call Las Vegas, Nevada her new home. Family lives close by so that makes life a little bit easier for Vanesa, her husband and their three boys. Vanesa jokes that she is a total soccer mom...minus the mini-van. Vanesa is excited about her new position at Legacy House of Centennial Hills and looks forward to the daily interactions she has with our residents and their families.
Nick Aparo, Administrative Assistant
Nicholas was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV as the middle of two brothers and an older sister. He graduated high school in 2017 and immediately embarked on his career in health care. Nick started as a dining server for an independent living facility, until moving into a position as a dining server here at Legacy House, to be closer to home. As a quick learner, Nick was promoted to Administrative Assistant where he is able to make a positive impact in the lives of residents every day. When not at work, Nick enjoys days at the lake, hiking and traveling with friends and family.

Melanie McKeel, Dining Services Director
Melanie was born in Pittsburg but moved to Las Vegas two years ago to be closer to her family. Her culinary career started in 1994. In the past ten years, prior to moving, she trained under a Master Chef and became a head cook at a corporate cafeteria and catering business. When Melanie decided to move to Las Vegas, she decided another change was in order. Melanie has a great love and compassion for people, thus assisted living is a natural fit for her. When she isn't working, Melanie loves to travel, especially somewhere near the water. Melanie is very proud dog-mom to Ozzy.
Cindy Bordner, Recreation Director
Cindy is originally from the Buckeye State. Growing up in Ohio, Cindy lived on a farm, near a small town, with her father, mother and six siblings--a real "mom and apple pie" life. Years later and after marrying, Cindy moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. After spending just a few years in Las Vegas, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina. While living there, Cindy developed a real love for the ocean and the rain. Nevertheless, in 2015, Cindy moved back to the Las Vegas desert and sunny weather. Cindy and her husband, Ric, have three sons; three beautiful daughter-in-law's; and three very cute grandchildren. She is also mom to two rescue labradors, Mattie and Luke. Cindy enjoys crocheting, photography and crafts of all sorts. Her love for crafts is especially evident at Legacy House of Centennial Hills where she enjoys both teaching residents new skills and encouraging others to participate again in hobbies they once enjoyed.
Bryant Bushman, Maintenance Chief
Bryant is a Las Vegas native. He went to VoTech High School for specialized training in drafting and construction. He later moved to Boise, Idaho to attend BSU for a marketing/mid- management degree but soon decided he missed the Vegas weather and eventually moved back. He became Chief Engineer for Clark County Library District and managed 29 building operations throughout the county and oversaw construction of many of the libraries in his 25 years of service. Bryant enjoys his family of two boys and two girls. Together they enjoy outdoor activities like ATV riding, camping and fishing. He is excited to be a part of the Legacy House community and looks forward to serving the residents and associates there.
