Trudy Andrews, Executive Director


Trudy is originally from Los Angeles, California, but has called Las Vegas home since 1995. She fell in love with the senior population in 1999 and has been an Executive Director ever since. Trudy is grateful to be a part of the Legacy family, and her greatest joy is making a positive difference in our residents' lives daily. Trudy is married and has two daughters and one son. Her beautiful grandchildren are her whole world. In her free time, Trudy enjoys singing, dancing, and reading.

Laura Warren, Director of Sales & Marketing


Laura joined the Legacy family in 2022 after working in Las Vegas and Tucson communities. Originally from the Midwest, Laura embraces the opportunity to exceed the expectations of older adults and their families as they make the important decision to live in a community setting. When Laura isn't working, she enjoys traveling with her husband to visit their parents, four adult children, and national parks. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and knitting items for her patient family members.

Connie Clark, Assisted Living Coordinator


Connie is originally from Long Beach, California, and has called Las Vegas home since 2016. She joined the Legacy family in 2020 as a Caregiver and is excited to now serve as Assisted Living Coordinator. Connie made the switch from childcare to senior living more than ten years ago and has found her passion in serving older adults. Especially important to Connie are the relationships she forms with her staff, and she believes everyone has something for her to learn. In her free time, she enjoys watching and playing golf.

Caroline Bates, Memory Care Coordinator


Caroline is originally the Philippines, where she received her Bachelor of Science in accounting. After moving to the US, she completed 18-month programs in both accounting and medical assisting in Honolulu, Hawaii. She discovered her passion for senior living while working as a private caregiver. Caroline sees every day as an opportunity to make a different in someone’s life, and she loves to meet new people. When not at work, Caroline enjoys scuba diving, hiking, and traveling to beautiful places with her husband.

Tracy McDougal, RN, Wellness Director


After a tennis career at GA Tech, Tracy began a long career with Delta Airlines where customer service was a priority! Tracy is a retired USAF Flight Nurse with a background in emergency medicine, hospital, college, and corrections clinics. His Legacy career started as a part-time nurse, but after getting to know the residents and staff, he couldn’t wait to join full-time as Wellness Director. Tracy loves to travel, play tennis, and watch Atlanta Braves baseball.

Hector Rubio, Dining Services Director


Hector was born and raised in southern California. While attending college for finance and accounting, he supported himself by working in various food service operations including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and casinos. He later moved to Las Vegas and began working in healthcare. With his 20+ years of experience in the food industry, Hector has stepped out of traditional healthcare fare and created next-level dining options. When he is not cooking for our residents, he enjoys playing many football, soccer, and golf.

Bryant Bushman, Maintenance Chief


Bryant is a Las Vegas native. He went to VoTech High School for specialized training in drafting and construction, and later attended BSU for a marketing/mid-management degree. He became Chief Engineer for Clark County Library District and managed 29 building operations throughout the county and oversaw construction of many of the libraries in his 25 years of service. Bryant enjoys spending time outdoors with his children ATV riding, camping, and fishing. He is excited to be a part of the Legacy family.

Kendra Reyes, PTA, EmpowerMe Director of Rehabilitation


Kendra graduated from California Baptist University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology, and later graduated from Loma Linda University in 2012. She is passionate about and specializes in helping residents increase body strength, improve posture, and strengthen balance, as well as improving functional limitations. Kendra is a former collegiate tennis player. In her spare time, she loves singing at her local church.
