Trudy Andrews, Executive Director

Trudy is originally from Los Angeles, California. She moved to Las Vegas in 1995. She fell in love with the senior population in 1999 and has been an Executive Director since then. Trudy is married and has two daughters and one son. Her beautiful grandchildren are her whole world. Trudy enjoys singing, dancing and reading. Her greatest joy is making a positive difference in our residents lives daily.

Laura Warren, Director of Sales & Marketing

Laura joined the Legacy House Centennial Hills family in 2022 after working in Las Vegas and Tucson, Arizona communities. Originally from the Midwest, Laura embraces the opportunity to exceed the expectations of older adults and their families as they make the important decision to live in a community setting. When Laura isn’t working, she enjoys traveling with her husband to visit their parents, four adult children, and every national park she can. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and knitting items for her patient family members. Laura is passionate about sharing our Personal Touch Culture in her day-to-day work with residents and everyone visiting Legacy House.

Indira Edwards, Assisted Living Coordinator

Indira was born in Belize but spent most of her life in California. She joined the Legacy family in 2020 following a move from Texas, where she discovered her love and passion for working in senior living communities. Indira is excited to serve the residents of Legacy House. In her free time, Indira loves spending time with her husband and children, reading, and working on DIY projects.

Myron Fleming-Wasp, Administrative Assistant

Myron joined the Legacy family in 2021 after moving from Ontario, California. She is passionate about serving older adults and is excited to provide Legacy residents with the highest quality service. When not at work, Myron loves spending time with her family, including her four sons and many grandchildren. One surprising fact about Myron is that her passion is roller skating, and she can often be found at the rink.

Hector Rubio, Dining Services Director

Hector was born and raised in Southern California. While attending college for finance and accounting, he supported himself by working in various food service operations including restaurants, hotels, country clubs and casinos. He later moved to Las Vegas and began working in healthcare. Hospital menus seemed a bit traditional to Hector thus he decided to transform these menus, where he could, into eye-appealing and delicious meals for our residents. With his 20+ years of experience in the food industry, Hector has stepped out of traditional healthcare fare and created next-level dining options. When he is not cooking for our residents, he enjoys playing various sports such as football, basketball, soccer, and golf.

Tiffany Israel, Recreation Director

Tiffany has been a Las Vegas resident since 1992, relocating from Hawaii with her mother and younger brother. She is married and has a teenage son that plays hockey for the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights! Tiffany enjoys dancing, exercising, theatre, musicals, morning walks while watching the sunrise with her Chihuahua, traveling with her family, and most of all… making others smile. Her life’s passion is to make a positive impact wherever possible-especially in the lives of older adults, children, and rescue animals. Tiffany feels honored to be the Recreation Director at Legacy House and is delighted to bring love, fun, and excitement to our resident’s lives each and every day.

Bryant Bushman, Maintenance Chief

Bryant is a Las Vegas native. He went to VoTech High School for specialized training in drafting and construction. He later moved to Boise, Idaho to attend BSU for a marketing/mid- management degree but soon decided he missed the Vegas weather and eventually moved back. He became Chief Engineer for Clark County Library District and managed 29 building operations throughout the county and oversaw construction of many of the libraries in his 25 years of service. Bryant enjoys his family of two boys and two girls. Together they enjoy outdoor activities like ATV riding, camping and fishing. He is excited to be a part of the Legacy House community and looks forward to serving the residents and associates there.
