Hector was born and raised in Southern California. While attending college for finance and accounting, he supported himself by working in various food service operations including restaurants, hotels, country clubs and casinos. With his 20+ years of experience in the food industry, Hector has stepped out of traditional healthcare fare and created next-level dining options. When he is not cooking for our residents, he enjoys playing various sports such as football, basketball, soccer, and golf.
