Years later and after marrying, Cindy moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. After spending just a few years in Las Vegas, she moved to Charleston, South Carolina. While living there, Cindy developed a real love for the ocean and the rain. Nevertheless, in 2015, Cindy moved back to the Las Vegas desert and sunny weather. Cindy and her husband, Ric, have three sons; three beautiful daughter-in-law's; and three very cute grandchildren. She is also mom to two rescue labradors, Mattie and Luke. Cindy enjoys crocheting, photography and crafts of all sorts. Her love for crafts is especially evident at Legacy House of Centennial Hills where she enjoys both teaching residents new skills and encouraging others to participate again in hobbies they once enjoyed.
